Society membership is open to anyone with a love of art, from virtual beginners to experienced semi-professional artists. We have a 'taster offer' for the month of November that includes access to our very popular painting group on a Tuesday morning on the 4th, 11th and 18th and then chance to see the talented Hayley Reynolds' demonstration on Tuesday, 25th for just £12.50. Our members can attend monthly demonstrations at the Old Magistrates Court Room on the third Tuesday of the month during the Spring and Autumn terms.  The demonstrations, which begin at 10am are given by professional artists, working in a variety of media and are often followed by a workshop in the afternoon.

There is a lively Tuesday morning painting group during the Spring and Autumn terms and in the Summer we offer a programme of plein air sessions in attractive and interesting  locations.
